Regardless of the prominence of digital marketing, printing materials, such as brochures still play a crucial role in a marketing strategy. A professionally created brochure can help in establishing your credibility.

Brochures are versatile.  You can distribute them at different places to draw in more customers. The best thing about brochure printing is that they are portable marketing material.

However, you need to make sure that you are creating the perfect brochure for your business. So, before you order your custom brochure printing, here are a few things that you need to include.

1.  An Attractive Headline

Your headline determines if potential customers will pick up your A4 brochures to read. Don’t use headlines that don’t tell your readers anything about the brochure content. You have to develop a curiosity in your readers through the headline. Avoid being vague.

Use power words, such as Easy, Quick, Free, or Proven.

2.  High-Quality Images

Your brochure should be able to grab the attention of the audience. How to do that? Well, use images. Select some photos for the brochure to give your target customers a clear idea about what you have to offer. It should be enticing enough to make their purchase what you are selling.

But make sure that the image that you are choosing is of high quality and clear. Poor image can create a wrong impression on your prospective customers.

3.  Use Simple Language

When you are planning for tri fold brochure printing, you have to focus on one product or service you are offering, A brochure only has enough space for up to 300 words. So, you have to keep it short and simple. After writing the brochure, you should edit it thoroughly.

Big chunks of unbroken texts might look a little intimidating. Hence, you need to use a sub-heading and break the text into several paragraphs. Don’t include more than a few paragraphs.

4.  Include Contact Information

Before sending out for A3 brochure printing, you have to include your contact details. Make sure that your customers know every possible way to contact your business.

For instance, you should list the street address, email address, and phone number. If you have a social media profile, make sure that you include that, too. Your potential customers should know how to reach out to you.

5.  Insert Call to Action

Include a call to action somewhere in your brochure to make your customers feel compelled to take a step to purchase the product. For instance, you can include sentences, such as ‘Call us today’ or ‘Visit our store’.  Tell them what is going to happen when they act.

Bottom Line

When you are designing folded brochure printing, make sure you make it as readable as possible. Place important information, such as the time and date of the event on the front of the brochure. If you are in doubt, keep the content short.
